The AAA call center completely messed up my insurance. After having a $337 a month rate the incompetency of the person I was dealing with made it jump to $950 a month. After speaking with Roger on the phone he was able to fix all of the call center errors. It has been the better part of 20 years since I have had an actual insurance agent but will be sticking with Roger moving forward for all my insurance needs.
