Ordered Chilis to go earlier today and asked to have order ready at 5:45 so it could be picked up on my to work. Showed up on time to find out that my order which was prepaid was not ready. Furthermore the ticket had been lost in the shuffle between shifts. After reviewing their past orders in the register they found ours and finally had it ready an hour late. This also caused us to be late to work this evening.
I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Unorganized, unprofessional and horrible customer service. I won't be returning to this location anymore.

I should have knew something was wrong when the hostess sat me at a dirty table. She went and got what she needed to clean it but serviette continued a downhill decent.

The waitress was pleasent and prompt at taking the drink and food order. Other customers came and ordered also. Forty minutes later after watching others finish their food, I finally asked where our food was and I got the eye roll. She stormed off throwing the menus in her hand on the floor and returned right away with the order.

The manager came around apologizing to other customers but avoided us like the plague. I guess he didn't want to know how my food was. Tasty but COLD!
