      NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!!

      I cannot begin to tell you how completely satisfied I have been with Kent Heating. My project was a complete change out of all ducts and installation of new furnace, AC, Air Filter, Humidifier and to top all that it was a 4 zone system. They were the ONLY company that said they could do what I wanted (I have my mom, aunt and father living with my wife and I, they like it warm and we don't). Our main level is two zones, mine is much cooler than theirs. Upstairs is the same, master bedroom remains cool while rest of bedrooms are comfortable to the parents. The Lennox system has totally lived up to its advertisement and the response to service unparallel. My unit stopped working so I called Kent Heating and within 20 min's they had someone at my door. They got us up and running while we waited for a part. Once that came in, they came out the same day and completed the repair.
