Lousy!!! Lousy!!! Lousy!!! As an owner, I can tell you they do NOT manage your investment. As long as they collect money for themselves every month, they could care less if you go broke and lose your investment. They have their best interest in mind, not yours. They were driving my properties to the ground and stealing money from me every month. Every time I turned around they were hitting me with a bill over $500 for things as stupid as "advertising". They refuse to move into the technology age. They would not use free advertising such as Craigslist. Instead they advertised in the local newspaper, got ZERO responses and hit me with a bill every month.
