An excellent dentist - skilled, caring and knowledgeable. His staff members are friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ortega is the best dentist I have ever been to. He came in twice on his days off to fix my broken tooth. No dentist I have had or ever heard of does this. I felt bad, but Dr. Ortega did not make me feel bad about it. He explains everything thoroughly. He also works very hard to work within your budget. His staff is very caring and friendly. Every cleaning at other offices I have been to was painful and I always had headaches after. Cori, my hygienist at Dr. Ortega's is pain free and no headache when I was done and my teeth are so clean and, like Dr. Ortega, she is very thorough and explains everything so that I can understand what she is telling me. Sylvia is amazing at matching teeth colors for flippers or crowns. Thank you Mendo Smiles! Everyone there is Awesome!

Dr. Ortega is brilliant. The first visit was this week, and it was easily the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. His staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful, and the whole appointment was quick and painless. Go Mendo Smiles!

I am now traveling to Ukiah for my dental care. My dentist was fine in WIllits, but his front office main gal was haughty, at best. His long term teeth cleaner appeared way way past her expiration date. I have been having my teeth cleaned by her for years 2-3 times a year. Dr Ortega's Nichole took a full 1 1/2 hour because my WIllits cleaner left a huge plaque buildup, that was so big once pointed out, in the back rear. Obviously I had thrown my money away getting my teeth cleaned in WIllits. Highly satisfied with Dr Ortega & his staff!
