Have you ever heard of a pharmacist driving to your home at 7PM on a Friday night to hand-deliver you a prescription? Now you have! My doctor's office called in my prescription after the pharmacy's courier had already left to make his deliveries, meaning that I would be without one of my meds for the weekend. Upon hearing that, one of the pharmacists at Rite RX Care, Jacie, said that she would hand-deliver that medication to me after she finishes at work. Seriously. Not only did she come to my home at 7 PM after a long day of work (she works tomorrow, too!), but we chatted for an hour. She is a delight. Very compassionate and personable. She said that they like to go the extra mile for their customers. I reminded her that it was literally 5.3 miles to my home...haha! It was such an unexpected gesture, so unusually kind, that I keep crying happy tears when I think about it. I already feel like part of the family!

Wonderful Service. Always happy to see you! They are knowledgeable and helpful. They care about you and your helthcare and try to save you money. Much better than the big chains. They take the time to answer questions and help with generics to save money. They are GREAT.
