Very clean, reasonable, nice people work there, convenient location

The worst customer service I have seen.

I was washing clothes one day, it was one of the larger machines that took about $5.50 to start. I put in the money and heard each coin drop, it did not register all the money, it still said I needed another $3.75. I told the attendant on duty (it was a Sunday), she took my name and phone number; told me to come back on Tuesday as the manager "Brenda" would be there and she has the authority to refund my money back to me. I went there and she refused saying that she tested the machine and it worked fine. And that she had to wait for the owners to come in on Friday. I asked who the owners were and she refused to give me their names. I searched on the internet and found their names. I will not be washing my laundry there ever again, no matter how desperate I am. I will go out of my way to do the laundry somewhere else. I will keep calling every day until Mr/Mrs Lawson refund my money.

There is room for your bobtail!! Doesn't look like much but is clean inside, pleanty of washers up to 3x loads and lots of dryers. Has an attendant too (very nice lady was working on my visit) only down side it is not 24 hours!! We will use this place again when in town!!!
