Great customer sevice, I came in to rent a U-Haul truck it was quick and I was in and out in no time.

The nicest self storage facility I have ever seen. My wife feels so safe at Planet Storage. Brand new, clean and all units are on 1st floor. Staff is very nice. You can also rent U-HAUL truck and trailers there.

I came in to rent a Uhaul and ended up renting a storage as well. They were very friendly and helpful. I would rent from them in the future. Thank for the great customer service!

One of the members of my organization rented a 17' U-Haul truck and I provided the credit card over the phone. We were surprised to pick up the truck with 3/8-1/2 tank of fuel. Given our driver's unfamiliarity with the truck and fearful that he may run out of fuel in the nearby mountains, he filled up the tank with about $80 in gas. He returned the truck with a 3/4 full tank having driven less than 85 miles. I estimate that our non-profit organization donated about $50 to their coffers. I was also surprised to be hit with a $25 cleaning fee on the final bill. While I was told that the gas and truck cleaning policies were reviewed with the driver and contained in the contract, they were very surprising since they are very different than what is found in the rental CAR industry where dirty cars upon return has never been an issue and gas tanks are always full upon picking up and returning the vehicle. I also did not see them on the U-Haul website...and they may be there.
