I had 2 doors installed back in Sep. The threshold is unsafe. It does not cover the cement doorway. I have slipped 2 times and almost fell out the door. I have been told by Feldco they can't do anything about it. It is standard on all doorways. I started calling in Sept and operation Manger never returned my calls until November. No one will do anything to correct this unsafe situation. Buyer be ware if you have any problems, you can't get anywhere with them. Look to other company's that stand by there products and are very willing to correct them. Feldco is fast selling but does not stand for you if something is incorrect.

I had a completely opposite experience with Feldco in Milwaukee. They did show me a contractor grade windows and told me that it was a good window but it was not their "top of the line". In the end, I wanted their best so I bought that. It was only slightly higher priced than the contractor model and it was cheaper than Weather Tite. The windows were installed last week and they are awesome. Sorry that the last reviewer had a bad experience. I guess it depends who you deal with at a company.

FELDCO MILWAUKEE - THE WORST!!!! Customer service was rude before the salesman came to the house and wasted 2 1/2 hrs of time. They has a special going on when I received an estimate but never offered the sale! I asked why I didn't receive the special they replied, "The special is only for certain types of windows". If I wanted the quality windows I could not get the special. Why would Feldco sell some windows that are quality and some that are not? Shouldn't all of your windows be worth buying? They again told me that after they find my paper work they will try and give me a new estimate or if they cannot find the measurements they would have to come back out and take them again. This if from a company that told me because they were environment friendly that if I were to sign a work order that I would have to drive out to their office so that they save gas! No Kidding!
