I do not want to pay to JustAnswer for something you should be able to just help me with. I received a supposedly NEW book today in horrible condition. I was clearly sent and packaged that way as the outer bubble wrap was in acceptable condition. I just want the new book in good condition.

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Monarch IV from Amazon. It looks like the shoes came from this address by USPS and the container was absolutely destroyed! If it had been something other than shoes, they wouldn’t have survived! What’s up with Amazon shipping these days? This is the second package I’ve received from them via USPS totally destroyed!

They send things by Lasership which is the worst shipping service out there. Lasership leaves packages in open areas where anyone can take them and doesn't even try to go to your door to deliver packages like they are supposed to. I have complained numerous times both to Amazon and Lasership directly to no avail. This is one reason why I am buying from Amazon less and less. If someone else sells what I'm looking for, I buy it instead of taking the chance of how Amazon will ship it.

I would just like to say that when you send a game in a padded envelope would think that you would seal the padded envelope. Thank you to who ever decided not to seal the padded envelope...I did receive the padded envelope but it wasn't sealed and no game inside.Well done!!...Now how do I get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered Nordic Natural Complete Omega Fish Oil from Amazon. It was shipped UPS within 3 days - however it was shipped in a padded envelope with some bubble wrap around the glass container - the container leaked during shipment and I received a drenched package of fish oil. If the Amazon Fulfillment Center had used a cardboard container instead the problem would have been averted. Amazon has a no refund policy on this item - they do not want to take ownership of poor packaging.

A friend In Germany ordered me a Zelda sword and the sword went through this center. I noticed a hole in the side of the box. Upon opening the box, the zip tie was not fastened allowing the sword to go through the side of the box. (The sword was damaged at the hilt and parts of the plastic were broken off.)

Very disappointed. Received wrong doll in my order. No paperwork in box, so I can't even contact third party seller and doubt I will receive any satisfaction. I now have to re-order the doll from a different source and it is listed at $10.00 more than the original. Lesson learned the hard way.
