Called for tow today and double j towing came to my rescue thanks for everything

Extremely helpful. I was assisted by the owner and he helped me replace my battery and taught me about the car. I would refer them to anyone!

My motorcycle broke down and I called for a tow. After waiting almost an hour the driver arrived and was PEEVED that it was not a car he was picking up -- HE TOOK OFF and said nothing. I called again and waited ANOTHER 45 minutes. This driver was kind, courteous and upset with the way the first driver left me stranded. We got to the bike dealer in Laurel 10 minutes before closing! GREAT JOB to the SECOND DRIVER!!!!!

I have to share one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My car stopped working in front of my house on a Sunday. I decided to call a local company and was glad I did. The tow truck driver arrived in about 15 minutes, which surprised me. After an unsuccessful attempt to start my car, I asked if he had a mechanic he worked with. He called the mechanic to meet us at the tow shop to take a look at my car. The mechanic arrived shortly after and informed me it may be a day or two before he could diagnose and fix my car. I agreed and informed him that was my only mode of transportation. The tow truck driver waited patiently during this transaction and provided me with a ride back home. I was called several hours later and informed that he performed a diagnosis on my car and was able to fix it that day. I went back that evening to retrieve my car, which was completed about 8:00pm that Sunday. I have now found a mechanic and tow truck company that I can depend on.

My car broke down on 495 and I called Double J Towing. From the very beginning, they were completely professional and so friendly. I haven't dealt with too many towing companies, but this was by far the best service I've ever received from one. They towed my car, fixed it in their shop, and then towed it all the way back up to my place in Baltimore. Miguel was really great, so friendly and even called to make sure I received my receipt through email after everything was done. The person putting together the receipt made sure to include warranty information for the work that was done. Overall, I was very impressed and they really made my life easier on not such a good day.
