I am trying to help my elderly parents with their insurance policy and can't get anyone to answer the phone! It rings and rings and then hangs up. No way to email or leave a message. I would like someone to contact me regarding their long-term care policy. This is important. Very unhappy.

Been paying on two LTC policies for 14 years. Now when we need to use one of them, the company conveniently finds loopholes so as not to pay. DO NOT BUY from this company. Bad business

Unreasonable, and unacceptable phone system. Called to cancel the policy for a lady of whom I am her Conservator. Easy to collect money from those who don't understand.., shame on you-

Very Hard to Contact, and Speak with Someone. I have Been trying to cancel a Supplemental Policy, that they are Doing and Auto ACH Debit, and can not Reach anyone. Very POOR !

This company is hard to communicate with. On two separate occasions this company has cost me extra payments. If you decide to deal with them you must make certain that they know how you want that transaction done. It is as though they fell off the tree yesterday.
