very unprofessional asked for an estimate to hook up water heater, rep told me under a grand jokingly. Wow 388.00 dollars later I felt ripped off. Talked to another PROFFESIONAL PLUMER told me should of cost around 200,00 anyway go anywhere else, these guys are too money hungry.

BILL FENWICK PLUMBING in Jacksonville, Fl. was a NO SHOW for an appt. that I had made with them for Wednesday, Sept.11, 201..........they didn't even bother to call me and let me know that they wouldn't be coming! I drove 80 miles round trip to meet them at a house in Jacksonville to get an estimate from them on a potential garage re-model. They were suppose to be there sometime between 1:00-4:00p.m. (That was bad enough to start off with. I thought the cable company was the only one that made appt. windows like that) so at 3:45 I called their office and ask why no one had showed up and she claimed that the GUY told her that he tried to get in touch with me to let me know that he wasn't going to be able to make it. I NEVER received a call from anyone from Bill Fenwick Plumbling. My smart phone would have showed a missed call! And if he REALLY wanted to let me know that he couldn't make it, why on earth didn't he leave a VOICE MESSAGE????? I was so annoyed with this company, after driving so far to meet with them.......then to be treated with such disrespect. Really??? Well, fool me once and you won't get another chance to fool me again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I called Bill Fenwick Plumbing to come in & fix a botched contractor job. I had broken tiles, tub & shower faucets installed wrong, sinks cracked - I was in tears.. They arrived on time, were professional, & fixed a disaster situation quickly. They are pricey, but in the contractor biz, you get what you pay for - trust me I learned that lesson! Darryl was very kind, explained options along the way, & was neat, hardworking & courteous. He treated my home as if it were his. Would highly recommend.

When we bought our house many years ago it needed to be re-plumbed. We got estimates from two of the biggest plumbers in Jacksonville. Bill Fenwick came in almost $2,000 more than the other well known and very experienced plumber but in addition, they wanted to run exposed pipes from the bathroom sinks through a wall to the toilets to minimize the work of running the pipes between studs from the attic AND they told us we would be responsible for repairing the drywall that they cut through. We are so glad we looked around. Always get a second opinion. Sometimes the people that you think are the biggest can be the cheapest AND best. For the record, I only left ONE review.

I want to say that I appreciated the service that my daughter received today. Starting from Speaking to Aubrey to the two fine gentlemen that showed up this morning, I received outstanding service. I knew that even though I had a bad experience last time, i knew that that had to be a fluke as I know Bill Fenwick expects over the top service from his employees. I will be building a 100k home in 8 months abd Bill Fenwick Plumbing will be handling the work.
