The pro - the staff is consistently friendly and very helpful. I would give staff associates 5 stars. But the parking is a nightmare and the store is smaller than most Home Depots. Correspondingly, it is very cluttered and has a more limited selection than most Home Depots.

Some of the middle-aged (50s) white guys are lazy workers. They cannot be bothered to help you other than use their nose to point to where a product is. They are useless. The older gentlemen that work there as in 60+ year olds are fantastic as in very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of your questions. They should get rid of the middle aged lazy guys and replace them with older, knowledgeable guys. I am an older white female writing this review.

David Finks in the kitchen cabinet department is excellent and very patient. He has lots of helpful suggestions and can catch customer mistakes that might otherwise cause problems during installation. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions and explained every detail. To my surprise Home Depot's prices were very competitive. I've used Just Cabinets in the past thinking they were 30-40% cheaper (per their ads) and Home Depot actually beat their prices on this project. I definitely wouldnt use Just Cabinets again. My experience with Just Cabinets is they are rude and arrogant and I always feel like they're pulling one over on me. I'm using Home Depot from now on
