This people offered me a $15.00 credit from a trade of some fish.The guy I waked too said it would be available for me I ordered a Marineland Powerhead. went to pick it up today. and some other guy told me I only had a $10.00 credit. I gave them a 12" Engineer Goby, 1 Clown fish and some feeder fish. and they ripped me off. I know the large Engineer goby is worth quiet a bit of money. Instead of honoring the deal they cheated me. Any business that rips off their customer is not a business they are just common thieves. I urge anyone that thinks about doing business to rethink their decision.You got my fish and cheated me out of $15.00 but mark my words those will be the costliest $15.00 you ever made.

Best pet store around! After going to multiple chain pet stores and being frustrated with the lack of knowledge on the pets they were selling or basic care information I was very happy to find that the young men that work at this store were very knowledgeable and friendly and so helpful! The owners are very personable and the prices are so reasonable compared to outrageous prices at the chain stores!! They are my new go to pet store!!

Great place to shop for your pets. But it wouldn't hurt to put your store Hours on the front of your web page. If it's there! I don't see it. Had to go to the super pages to find it. Other then that!! Great Store.

As a life long pet owner, I have seen almost every "type" of pet shop there is. From the clean and neat, to the dirty ones with sick and dying animals. Discount pets as I have found, and enjoyed through the years, is one of if not the most outstanding pet shop iv ever had the pleasure of shoppingg at. And by that I mean, costomer service is that of what you would expect to find at any family owned store, they seem to drop what they are doing when you walk in and right away ask what you came in for so as to make the experiance pleasant and relevant. one of my favorite things about them is that if they don't already know your name they soon will as they are very friendly and know most customers by name. The shop is as clean as a pet store can be and the animals have always looked to be neat clean and in optimal health, as well their living conditions. Most of my pets have come from discount pets and I consider them to be second to none as far as service and quallity are concerned. MATT B

I just found them and I bought Nutro Lamb & Rice at Pet Smart for 40 bucks and they have it for 36?? Duh, they live up to there name!!

I have purchased 2 puppies from Discount Pets and Supplies and I have never been happier! We all go back for food and grooming and everyone treats us like family! I love the clothes for my little girls and little bakery treats. I tell all my friends to shop there and if they want a new puppy, they can save big money over the other pet shops!! Michelle CC

I purchased my dog Cody from here in December 2007. Have been back for all my supplies and grooming. All of the staff are very friendly and have answered all of my questions. Cody gets excited when we go in because of the attention he gets when he walks in the door. Dale Suiter, Cape Coral
