      Established in 2002, Mad Dog Fitness LLC is a full-service health and fitness club. Based in Bullhead City, Ariz., it offers a full range of fitness and exercise equipment. The gym offers various exercising facilities with professional trainers, personally tailored programs and group health/fitness classes. It provides programs on cycling, senior fitness, boxing, cardio kick boxing, circuit training, body toning, Pilates, body sculpting, zumba toning, Tai Chi, yoga and aerobics. Mad Dog Fitness LLC s 15,000-square-foot facility houses free weights, resistance equipment, step machines, stationery bikes, treadmills, tanning beds, stretching area, showers, pro shop and meeting rooms.
