Why is your service sub par to all other cable services in the United States , and the monthly cost 20%to 50 % higher than your competors for the same or or much better cable service to include your customer service, products, equipments, technical support, service technicians etc. I recommend that bright house dissolve all its cable, Internet , and phone services business in the United States ASAP. This company has unsafe issues which has created enormous health and safety issues to the public. My personal experience with bright house has been the worst night mare since moving to this area where bright house is the only cable service available to the public. I'm very disappointed with bright house and will never recommend your services to the public. Your company is a big rip off to the public and should be fined by the FCC right now for fradgulent business practice standards .

Gotten really bad these last two years. Constant dropping of service, but my price goes up CONSTANTLY. Now we pay extra for the modem and digital box we have had for years? I absolutely hate my cable. I am down right now, actually.

The local service has been marginal since I moved to Bakersfield 2 years ago. Constant drop outs with the Hi Def. channels, constant adjustments disrupting viewing (marginally trained technicians). Today was the final nail in this negative review. I am a Vietnam combat vet, and Memorial day is the most special holiday that I observe. During the closing invocation of the Arlington ceremony Bright House saw fit to cut to commercials. I was surprised on how angry I became. I guess I'll be looking at a satellite alternative to Bright House now.

I really hate paying what i pay and not knowing if im going to get what i pay for every month,UNINTERRUPTED ... !!! Cable and or internet goes out right in the middle of some thing ... getting tired of paying for something unreliable . Mabe a credit or some type of apology would be Nice.instead of PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME OR ELSE. As much as i`m charged i would hope the company would buy and use Reliable EQUIPMENT..and or have a Back up to continue broadcasts and internet services ..please ..!! Maybe i should give your compitition a call and move my business else where.
