These ladies are so,so nice and knowledgeable. I came to them with a software issue after another dealer who sold me expensive software and machine refused to offer any help.Although I had not spent anything at her store, she was willing to back up the Janome products and help me out.She spent two hours trying to help me(at least).We finally had to buy a new computer and reinstall. I then took a weekend course on digitising and selling your sewing. It was well organized, informative and fun! These gals are great with a great selection of fabrics and ideas.People in my area drive hour or so out thier way just to go to her(boycotting the poor service dealer).The Hoop Sisters are great! Down to earth, freindly and reliable.
