Went there for a baby shower yesterday - not impressed with the finger sandwiches and left there hungry. Service was slow. Did not enjoy this venue

Food is very good, wait staff is always pleasant BUT THAT MANAGER - COULD THAT BE THE OWNER?! Oh my word, what a sourpuss. I always give a place the benefit of the doubt, and this is my third and last time. Spending $60.00 on a lunch for two isn't easy. Making your customer feel sorry they did is - well - you fill in the adjective. I'll find another good restaurant that makes me feel good about spending my money. I didn't even get a 'THANK YOU for dining with us', now will you stop talking to my waiter because I need him to be waiting on other tables (even though the restaurant is not full, no one is waiting in line, it is 4:00 and I had been talking to him for under 3 minutes and were wrapping it up anyways - just small talk). LADY, learn personality and hospitality - it's part of the restaurant business. What is the matter with you?! I understood it was the poor guy's first day on the job too.

THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I WAITED OVER 1.5 HOURS FOR DINNER AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF AN APPETIZER I HAD ORDERED WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO BRING ANY OF THE OTHER FOOD IN BETWEEN. I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER WAITED THAT LONG FOR FOOD - OR BEEN THAT NEGLECTED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER
