The only thing good about the service and the 1700.00 bill was the free auto detail, its the least they could do. my car was not repaired.and 147.00 for an oil change? Ridiculous.

The best place to do repairs ,service or upgrades on a BMW. I crashed my BMW by hiting a big pothole going 75 mph. I called around to find a BMW specialist in town. Every where I called the people said call JP at Independent BMW. I had my car towed in and they not only repaired the damage my insurance co. paid for. They made my car so much better. Jps guys removed all my door dings,added a Dinan intake,exhaust and software, fixed a small tear in the leather and performed my Inspecion two service that I needed. All in one place!! and they had it done in no time. It was like a new car when I got it back. The price was very fair. These guys know what they are doing and it shows. Independent BMW service (Jon Paul's) is the only place I will take My Bimmer !! These guys really know their stuff and they saved me big dollars by being honest. I have a 2003 BMW M5. I had a check engine light and went to a supposed BMW? specialist . I should have known when I saw all the Volkswagons out front. I was at the wrong place. But I was already there and let them check my car out anyway. They told me I needed to replace Both Vanos Valves on my car to the tune of 12000 dollars. I said thank you and left. I made some inquires and found that my car should go to Independent. They used the real factory computer on my car and found I needed one vanos unit replace on my car and the cost was less than half the cost of the other shop (really a VW place) They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done. When I picked up my car it looked like it had ben detailed. There was no charge for cleaning. JP,Pete & the rest of the crew are the best BMW guys in Tucson.
