I have had to use tow trucks over the past 18 months (teenagers with old cars...). The Office people are informative, professional, they explain everything from cost, how the process works to the approximate time the tow truck will reach us. I called for a tow from mile post 112 on AZ HWY 86 and was home on the west side of Tucson (Speedway & S Greasewood) with my cay in less than 4 hours at a reasonable cost.

When asked for a quote from Barnett's, I was told - $60.00 hr. I was not told that the time includes the time the driver LEAVES the shop and the time he ARRIVES back at the shop. I was not told this until it was time to pay. It does not make any sense to me to pay for times that the driver does not have my car. 6/9/08
