The best rate for my little forest tree removal. Knowledgeable arborist and crew. Very polite. I'd had 5 forest-sized dead, dying and damaged trees in back yard for years due to a storm. I knew that they had to be removed soon because big branches were dropping, nearly hitting my shed. One guy - a handyman - estimated about $2000 to cut up and remove 2 trees and to clean up some of the area, but didn't have equipment. Another guy who had a tree business only eyeballed from my driveway and gave me an estimate of $8,000 for 3 trees ("I own all of my equipment!"). By the time I called Ballard, I pretty much figured they'd give me some crazy figure. Once the guy said "arborist', he piqued my interest. He pointed out that I really needed 8 trees removed, some trees pruned and should have the stumps ground and mulched. I figured $15,000. He laughed. It was around $4,500 AND I was given 6 months, interest-free to pay. The crew that showed up is what you see after a storm has knocked down trees. Some heavy artillery. In and out in about 2 hours. The staff was thorough, polite and had me do a walk-through after the job was done. I am delighted with the outcome. No more dangerous branches falling and the pruning makes my little forest look much nicer.

Used them and field crew was professional/courteous. Sales person, customer service was not what I expected. There was some misunderstanding but instead of explaining it, he accused me that I'm trying to get a free bee even before he listened to my question. I would not use them again.

Punctual, professional, and courteous. Arrived when they said they would, looked and acted professionally. They had the necessary equipment and knew how to use it properly. They worked deliberately and safely to remove two large maple trees close to my property line with no harm to the adjacent property. I ended up needing more work done than originally anticipated, but the crew leader was able to accommodate my needs with no hassles and a fair adjustment to the original estimate. I was very satisfied with the work and the clean-up. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Ballard Enterprises LLC just removed a large maple tree on my property in Annapolis and did a wonderful job. The tree was 4 feet from a busy road and Ballard Enterprises LLC removed the tree and controlled the traffic flow without missing a step. They also did a great job getting all the needed permits from the City of Annapolis. All in all Ballard Enterprises LLC did a professional job at a competitive price.

They were very knowledgeable and polite. I would hire them again. I did have some scheduling issues though.

I have hired Ballard Enterprises twice for tree trimming, tree removal and stump grinding. Both times I received outstanding service. Paul arrived on time for all appointments and for days that the services were performed. Before work stated, Paul reviewed with the crew the exact work to be done. Upon completion, the lawn was raked and the area was left as they found it at the beginning of work. Ballard Enterprises provided quality, professional service at a reasonable price and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The Ballard crew from Davidsonville did a very professional job on a difficult 100+ year old dead white oak. The top limbs were very shaky but the team managed to take it down limb by limb with out getting any in the nearby creek. They were pleasant as well as skillful and obviously enjoyed their work. They clean up a huge mess of broken limbs and branches and filled gouges in the lawn cause by the falling trunk to the point where you would not believe a huge tree was recently taken down. The stump was ground the next day as promised and the huge trunk and limbs were removed a few days later. They cut up limbs for me into 18 inch segments for firewood and basically did all that was requested of them. I would not hesitate to use them again. Used Ballard for several times to trim trees, etc. Work is excellent but a bit pricey. On last visit to trip 2 trees, had a Coupon but disappointed that it was not accepted. Returning tel. calls sometimes slow.
