I had never been in a Coach store before and was buying an anniversary gift. I met with a young girl (if her boss is reading - she had long brown hair) she was very informative and interested in how my wife would use the bag, walked me through all the features of the handbag I was thinking about and really helped me make the decision. She new all about fashion and gave me some funny ways to tell my wife about the handbag. If she is reflective of this brand - I will be back. The bag is why I went there - having a real salesperson sell me the bag made the experience that much better.

Great customer service! I bough a hand bag for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and just received a hand written note in the mail from the associate who helped me. Great personal touch, would definitely shop at this store again!!
