Previous review is so incorrect. We have rented here for 5 years WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. The management is on call 24/7 and Never once did our calls go unanswered. EXTREMELY POLITE AND FRIENDLY, COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE FROM A COMPANY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.

This storage facility is awful. Rodney the owner\manager is super rude. I have had my things stored at this facility for about 3 years, paying $80 a month thinking it was a safe dry place to store my things with no thoughts of damage because I was assured when I rented it that they were dry and no water could possibly get in. I went yesterday to get my things out of storage, on a Sunday because it was the day I had access to a Uhaul truck. When I was getting my things out of storage I noticed that at least half of my things were all wet and moldy. The next day I alerted Rodney the the very rude owner \ manager to the problem and he rudely said it wasn't his problem and basically called me stupid for not telling him on Sunday night at 9 PM when I was moving out my things. Mind you the office was closed so i could not tell him until today about it because I had no way of telling him until today. I left a wet moldy box in the unit for him to see today and also have photos I took as we were moving things out. They also have cameras there to prove what i moved out yesterday and are in my garage today. I told him he could come to my house right now and see for himself and look at his cameras and see it was the things

I moved out last night that are moldy and wet. He said that I could have threw any old moldy wet box into the unit and just say that my things got wet, basically calling me a liar. But there was mold all over the floor and wall of the unit. I had a dining room table, six chairs, a china cabinet, sofa table, wicker chair, family photos and about 12 boxes of sheets, towels and decorations that are all ruined and have to be thrown away now among other things. Probably at least about $4000 worth of things. He also made me pay for the 5 days into August even though there is a 5 day grace period. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Rodney is very rude and unhelpful. Just flat out greedy even though most of my things are now ruined and have to be thrown out without compensation of any kind. I am now seeking legal action.

Quality clean storage spaces with lights inside units for night work! Management is friendly and will promptly deal with any issues arising. Security for an unmanned storage facility is very good. There has been one problem in seven years as a customer. Police were dispatched and patrol the grounds regularly late at night. Out door lighting is adiquite for loading and unloading. The previous review is just sour grapes.

I love your two sons you have working their. Their the best workers in the world. And I love you storage units.

Poor management and security at this facility allowed thieves to enter the property and break into units. Management Claus that they have top notch security systems, but it was easily disabled by thieves. I would recommend storing your valuables elsewhere.
