took advantage of the offer of free x-rays and check-up with Dr. Sandstrom. Was appalled to learn that, in Dr. Sandstroms' opinion, I had to have 9400.00 of dental work done, with a discount of 5 per cent the bill would have been 8800.00.I asked if some of the work could wait. once. Dr. Sandstrom suggested that I have the work done as soon as possible. After my visit with Dr. Sandstrom I got another estimate, which coincided with what my dentist in Canada said; I do not need any immediate work, in their opinion my teeth were fine.I do have a bridge that may need some work in the future, but the opinion of the other dentists was that it could wait. I called Dr. Sandstoms' office to advise them of this. The receptionist told me that the work was just the Dr.s' opinion and suggested that I come in so that Dr. Sandstrom could take another look. Happy I didn't shell out the 8800.00 as suggested and didn't go back. Who knows, Dr. Sandstrom could have been right, only time will tell.
