What is exceptional about this company is their staff. Since the first moment of answering their phone to service visits upon request - timely and courteous follow-up and follow-through.

We shopped around for our first tank and American Distributing had competitive pricing and fast service. A painful transition from leased tank to owned one was smoothly turned into an exceptional experience for us by these people. No hidden or surprising charges. All-in-one billing. Perfect!

From Wolf to Mitch and their billing department - common sense prevails and good customer service is at their Hearts. They are all good humble folks.

We will continue referring their services to others. Small locally-owned company with true community approach. Thank You ever so much for being here for us.

And keep in mind for all those who ever wondered - if your propane flame turns orange - it is because you need to turn your humidifier down! :)

I called 1 week before to make arrangements for delivery of propane, they said next week and they would call. I call Thursday of the following week and they said it would be Friday, I asked what time since I had waited more than a week already, no Idea they said are you kidding me! Service not good

Poor service! These people don't care about their customers. They have double charged my bill. When I first started with them, I didn't know to call when the tank was at a certain point, and I had to endure the tone of disgust from the people on the phone. This last time, they didn't show up when they said they would, and again showed that they don't care if they do things right for me or not. Poor, poor, poor!
