First, if you read the first one-star review of this place you probably see that it was written by just some ungrateful cheap broke business that's probably closed by now - if ANY store gave me any discount for no reason at all, I'd at least say "Thanks." Complaining about not getting a free service makes absolutely no sense.That said, I'm a Malibu resident and life-long entrepreneur who's worked with dozens of printers, online printers, off-set printers, digital printers, been to FedEx Kinkos at least 1000 times, etc...... While Malibu Shipping Center can certainly learn a lot from Kinko's, and it not perfect by any means, they do offer great services, great prices, and great products. So, unless you're like the reviewer who expects to get something for nothing, I can confidently assure you that you'll receive more than you'll pay for here - at least from my experiences.

We were printing letters for a charity to get donations from local businesses when we ran out and needed to print a fresh copy from our email. We asked for them to donate the copies (25 b&w pages) and not only did they charge us for the copies (discouting from 9c to 6c - wow thanks!) they also made us pay a $5 "set up fee" to use the computer - which by the way wasn't even mentioned to us until AFTER the computer was already used. They explained it as the charge covering the labor of the employee using the computer - wow I wonder how much they pay him per hour. I'll never come back to this store
