It was founded in 1961 by Don Strom as an engineering and technical staffing and recruiting firm serving the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. In 1994, we deployed several hundred replacement workers to a client who was faced with a labor disruption due to striking union workers. Our consultants develop client-specific contingency plans which help companies prepare for potential labor disruptions.
