Made an appointment at 10, no one ever showed up. The hours are marked 9-5. Called and the man said he was on the way and would be there in a few minutes. As you can see by the rating a few minutes never came. We left after 30 minutes and next time we'll be using a company that will commit to the appointments they've made. Very disappointed.

They open at 9, made an apt at 10, when I got there nobody was even there. Told me it would be about an hour and a half wait..waited 3 and a half hours. Guy didn't show up until 12. Extremely unprofessional!!!
