A SECURITY GUARD at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is on the take I parked in the garage. When I got out , I found my vehicle missing. security told me in a rude tone ,that my car hadn't been stolen, It was towed! Hmmm.. in the first place , I'm female, calling security at night, he puts me on hold! why the rude tone? If you go there, you will see that there are no signs stating how long you can park , much less that it will be towed . You see? SECURITY is in on their scam . I wasn't leaving until I knew where my car was. I called Lone Star, ...$400.0 Are they using the money to pay for METH binges, hookers, bail gambling debt?.

Lone Star towing is in collusion with the ownership of parking lots in the Ft. Worth Stockyards. Our vehicle, along with another couple's was towed from a lot that we paid to be in. The lot also had no posted signs showing who the towing company was (not sure who's responsibility that is). Lone Star towing refused to provide us with any evidence that we had not paid to park in that lot and would not provide any information regarding the ownership of the parking lot we were towed from.



The staff was beyond rude and this company is clearly involved in illegal practices to profit off of those visiting the Ft. Worth Stockyards. A gentleman that is an employee of Cattleman's Steakhouse directly across the street also told us several of their employees have had their vehicles unrightfully towed by Lone Star Towing as well.

Great Job! The driver (Mario) was courteous prompt and all at a great price. I will use them in the future if I need a vehicle towed.
