I actually expect more from family owned businesses because I also own a family run business and everyone cares that much more, KV certainly did not disappoint, I worked with Kathy and the knowledge this woman has with stone is astounding, She was like my new best friend during the whole process. So sweet and professional. I then designed my backsplash wth them and that turned out just as beautiful as my counter. I will definitely be back. I went everywhere and this was the place for me. Good wholesome people with values and a great reputation and impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. Relieved places like this are still around amongst a impersonalable and low quality corporate market.

Best fabricator on Long Island!!! Very happy with my granite top and backsplash and the price!!!!! Designers on staff at no extra charge, just prestine all the way around. They're reputation is excellent. Thank you KV. My dream kitchen came true!!!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! I'm so happy I used this company. They're top rates on Angie's list and I see why. Every other portion of my renovation was difficult expect the granite. The price was great, they came highly recommended and helped me step by step. The turn around time was under a week, the installers professional and kind and I couldn't have found more honest people. I love love love my granite and they did my backsplash love that too!!!! I'm shocked to see a bad review but you can't please them all!!!! I know several people who used them and everyone is just as happy as me!!!! Great company.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They are family owned - mom,pop, daughters and each one covers for each others mistakes. I had granite installed in 2 kitchens, the Pop came at end of installation to collect the money. Unfortunately, there was not enough granite and he PROMISED that he would find matching granite for the backsplash. He insisted I pay him in full and I did. I have called numerous times, stopped at store and each time they "yes" me to death and do NOTHING. Its 3 years later and Im still waiting.....awful, awful, horrible experience. SB

I cannot be happier with this company. To start I must say I was recommended to KV Master Marble and Granite by 4 different friends of mine and my contractor whom of which none of them know each other! I was shocked, so I said, ok, I have to go to this place. They were all right to say the least. I got the utmost service, they made me feel like I was their only customer. Their work was magnificent. Every other place I had gone to had told me I would need to seam my counter top, they said they would do it with no seam and they did. I had spent months trying to put together my kitchen on my own and I was so stuck. All the other places just through me into a yard. KV helped me pick my granite, floor tile and back splash because each staff member is also a designer and there was no extra charge for design consultation! I honestly have seldom come across a company with customer service like this and they came in less in cost than everyone else! Don't bother with anyone else!
