Matt and Dave were helpful. Matt arrived at my house to look at my refrigerator about two hours after I called the store. He went to great lengths to accommodate my schedule and worked quickly. The necessary part was in stock too. I certainly appreciate all of their efforts and am happy to recommend them to anyone. I will be doing business with them in the future.

Terrible customer service. Rude delivery people. Paid $60 for delivery, setup and removal of old dryer and they came and set up while removing hinges from door and taking door off. Refused to take old dryer. Took hinges for basement door with them. Called to discuss with manager and was hung up on. Do not recommend going there to anyone. Do not let them go to your family's or friends houses. Do not give them your money. Word of mouth is everything and everyone needs to know how disrespectful their customer service is and how completely horribletheir delivery people are.

I had worked for Dave and Matt for 4 months and even tho I am not employed any them any longer I will say this..They are people that will back their product, good people with good products and repairs. The way I left them is horrible to say the least, however, it was a good 4 months. I highly recommend them if you are looking for appliances

I recently bought a dryer and a stainless steel side by side refrigerator from Dave's. The dryer is in real nice shape and works great thus far. The fridge on the other hand is another story. It was a awesome looking refrigerator look like new but to my disappointment it didnt work as good as it looked. I was so excited about getting a fridge that nice for a good price since i couldn't afford a new one. The fridge worked for about a wk. Then i noticed the fridge wasn't staying cold and the temp kept going up and down from 69 to low 50's.The freezer did work for some reason though. I called Dave's and they sent a repair man because i had a 90 day warrenty. He looked the fridge over and took it apart. Behind the panel inside the freezer there was ice all over the coils almost solid ice. He put it back together and told me he didnt know what was wrong. This i felt was weird i never had a repair man tell me he didn' KNOW.They did give me my money back but id rather have a working fridge.

My husband and I have used Dave's Appliances to buy a washer and dryer set before, and the employees and staff were always friendly and helpful and their product worked beautifully. On the second day of owning our electric dryer, the belt for the drum went and because of their very good warranty, we called and they came and replaced it that day with no problem and we've never had a problem with it since, and that was two years ago. We are now moving again, and are planning on going back to Dave's Appliances again for a refrigerator and another washer and dryer, even though we live all the way in Corry because it is well worth the trip. I recommend them to everyone. They are the best used appliance store in the area!
