The workers are very nice however the girl that owns the place is a hateful person. I called ahead for prices and a list of what I needed.when I got there the man took me and my list to check out the lot. I only found one thing on my list and when we got up there to pay she said "we have a $20 part minimum" the part I had was only ten bucks New so I said no thank you. She got all hateful and said " you just wasted my guys time over one part your not going to buy" really? Lady I called ahead and it is not my fault you didn't have what I needed...you need people skills. My friends and family won't be back for sure. Miss the old gertz man he was respectful to the customers.

I own a repair shop in Colorado, and needed an ABS module to fix a customer's truck. After a lot of on-line searching and phone calling, I was pleased to find a used part at Gurtz that matched the part number on my module. I bought it and had them ship it to me -- total cost of $100. When I received the part and installed it, it was no good -- same default code as the original one. I called Gurtz to ask if I could return it and they told me they don't warranty electrical parts -- and therefore wouldn't give me any of my money back. They did not tell me this when I purchased it. I mentioned that to the woman I spoke with at Gurtz, and she said they have a sign up in their lobby that states their policy clearly. When I reminded her that I purchased the part over the phone and was not told of that policy, she said -- basically -- 'tough'. When I asked to speak with the owner, she said he was unavailable and difficult to reach. I won't do business with these guys again.
