Although the interest rate is very high, the staff is very nice. Good customer service. I like the phone reminders on my cell phone via text. I wish they would make a way to pay online. Because of this feature not being present, is why I rated them 4 stars and not 5.

The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. However, their work ethic and efforts of working with you, is very poor. I went in office to apply for a loan and 24+ hours later they keep putting me on hold or say they will call me back and never do. I continue to call and get a status or if there's anything I can do, but they just take down my number and said they'd call me back and never do. If there was an issue, they should have relayed the message to me sooner or faster so that I could have assisted them. Not only did they not work effortlessly to help me, they even said to leave and they would call me. But never did. I do NOT recommend this loaning company. I am very disappointed.
