I just have to take a moment to review just how amazing my experience with Lara's was. I bought some of my prom and homecoming dresses with them when I was in high school, and the staff was always so helpful and went above and beyond for me to have a fun time at my dances. Well, now I'm engaged, and after I went a few places that I wasn't particularly impressed with, I went to Lara's and had the BEST consultants ever! I went on a day that they weren't very busy, so both of the consultants, Lindsay and Summer, that were working that day gave me their full, undivided attention and found me the PERFECT dress, shoes, veil, and jewelry! When I came back to get my bridesmaids from them, I got a consultant named Liz and she was equally as fantastic as the first two I had! She handled all of my hectic bridal party and kept everyone calm and happy until we all finally agreed on the dress. I'm not sure there's anyone that works there that isn't willing to do whatever's necessary to make sure my wedding went exactly to plan and stress free. Can't wait to go and shop with my mom for her dress! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone who asks :)

Terrible service! The ladies that work in the shop are rude and do not know what they are doing! Quoted different prices on dresses and dates when they would arrive. If you want to have more stress added to your wedding plans, then shop at Lara's in Ashland.
