My truck broke down and I took it to Ames Ford Lincoln. The repair was going to take a few days and i needed a ride home since every one i knew was inclass or at work. I called them they told me 20 min about 4 hours later they picked me up.. their excuse? "They had forgot I called" I called them every 30 min each time saying that they were close or only a few more min. Also they don't card cash only don't believe this page. I would give no stars if I could.

Ames Taxi is open 24/7. Their care is second to none. I use them every week. They have new staff and its as professional as it gets.

I had great experience. They may be running a bit late on weekends especially during bar closing time. Apart from that they have been pretty good. Never had anyone rude, as said in above reviews.

Horrible. Not only is the operater rude and randomly puts you on hold in the middle of you talking, while also cutting you off, listening to nothing your saying about where you need to go or anything, she also talks over you and ignores all your questions about cab fare etc. But the cab driver was very rude as well! I had to pick up my son from daycare and the man first told me he couldnt even pick my son up and take us back home.. Then decided he could but honked at me while i was inside talking to the daycare lady and getting my son, then when we got to my apartment it was very very overpriced and the driver didnt even pull into my apartment complex and had me walk. Also apparently his trunk of his cab didnt even work because he said he couldnt open it and i had to stuff a stroller in the back with my groceries and son in the carseat

Called me a "Fa**ot" Worst experience with a business. I called and the very rude operator told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I politely said thank you, we can wait. My girlfriend and I sat on the curb for over 30 minutes waiting for the cab to pick us up. After calling the cab company again, they told me they called when they reached the corner and I didn't pick up my phone...obviously impossible because no cars had even came close to the corner where we were sitting; nor had I received a call. The operator then called me a very nasty slur and told me to have fun walking home. What kind of a business does this?

I called this cab service and the operator was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he hung up on me twice. I will never call this service ever again. I hope that no one else tries to call them because they will unfortunately have to talk to the rude operator who will hang up on you too.

I called and asked if they took credit card and they said they only accepted cash and was very rude. I called back after a friend had said they had cash and the operator hung up on me.
