He is very through in his explanations and is very professional. Our wedding video came out incredible. We were able to relive the day and see the details we didn't get to see when we were there! Warning-Videographics may cause tears! (Keep reading-this is actually a positive review!) I had 32 spools of 8mm film from my childhood for years, and finally decided to have them transferred to DVD. After some research, I decided to take them to Videographics. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining the process involved in transferring them, and I was assured I had made a good choice with Videographics! They were completed timely, and I looked forward to stepping back in time and seeing my family again--many who have passed away; ergo those tears, especially the first time a saw my mom! It was as if I had transcended time and was once again reliving my childhood and witnessing events that had transpired decades earlier! The quality of the DVDs is amazing, and the music is a nice touch. I have already recommended Videographics to two friends, and will not hesitate to do so in the future.
