my first time visiting Madame Bridal  was certainly an experience to remember, the customer service is stupendous. I was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. I also had assistance with my fitting and my purchase, and that was years ago in high school when I purchased my prom dress, Today I am representing miss global international and they still to this day provide me with excellent service. thank you so much Madame bridal I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I first visited Madame Bridal a few months back. My two teenage daughters and I were looking for dresses for a family wedding. Christina, the sales girl, was so pleasant, helpful, and patient. She brought dress after dress and, although we tried on many that we liked, we didn't want to commit. It was the very first place we'd shopped and didn't want to decide so early on as we were 4 months away from the event. Christina maintained her sweet disposition even when we told her we weren't making any purchases that day. Eventually, weeks later, we did return and we did purchase. Unfortunately, Christina wasn't there at the time but Albert was and he was delightful! I communicated our price point and exactly what we were hoping for and he delivered. He was so sweet and it was such a delightful experience. The inventory at Madame Bridal is excellent. After shopping at many, many boutiques and online we found that this little shop in Boynton was a hidden gem. If you're seeking a high end fancy dress shop with all the bells and whistles, this isn't the right fit. However, if your goal is finding the perfect dress at a very fair price and you want your business to go to hard working honest people, Madame Bridal is the perfect establishment! I don't normally write reviews but I feel it is important to share my positive experience! Two thumbs up for Madame Bridal!

12/10! I absolutely love this store! If i could rate it a 12/10 I would. They always have exactly what I am looking for and in the perfect size. Honestly a hidden gem! The owner and the sale associates are so nice and helpful. I have done business with them multiple times and would definitely recommend to a friend. Recently went in for a long formal dress and was extremely pleased with how quickly I found the perfect dress! Had alterations done to make the dress better for my height and it came out great. Will definitely be back soon.

It was a great environment. I couldn't have been happier with my dress. They offered to make adjustments for any dress I found but I didn't need it. They gave me a deal, like 50 dollars off! In addition they were very nice and helpful, the dress even came with free earring! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will come back for anything else I need.

The Staff at Madame Butterfly are extremely charitable and have assisted several Charities. They have raised awareness towards Body shaming. They took a negative situation and turned into an extremely positive one.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. They helped my daughter find the perfect dress and alter it in a hurry! Left the store with a smile from ear to ear. Not to mention that we were visiting from 4 hours away. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I HAVE GONE IN THIS STORE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON 3 DIFFERENT DAYS AND EACH TIME IT HAS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE WAS NO INTERACTION WTH ME AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK! 3 TIMES WAS ENOUGH CHANCES FOR ME.

The orther day, a young girl was body shamed for her weight and accused of having an eating disorder on facebook by this disgusting company. Not only have they refused to fire the employee who shamed her, but the owner decides to email his friends and have them shame her as well. He then denied the entire incident. Disgusting

The moment I walked in the staff made sure that I felt welcome important and special. Very knowledgeable with sizes, colors that look good and styles. Marjorie made sure that the dress I wanted was hemmed and stitched to fit me perfect!!!! Madame Bridal is the best!!

My little sister decided to go to prom last minute. We went to Madame Butterfly and was presented with a wide rage of dresses in our price range. The Store Owner Arnold was so helpful. My sister fell in love with her first dress, but was given the opportunity to try on serval other options to solidify her choice.



The store was clean and easy to shop in. Even though there were other customers in the store, we still received good services as if we were they only two in the store.



We will definitely be back for our next special event!

My sister bought her dress at Madame Bridal before , and it was amazing so we decided to come back for a dress for myself. They have wonderful customer service , everyone was very delightful and we were taken care of as soon as we came into the store , the staff and manager are very polite . We were very satisfied . My dress is beautiful and everything was perfect . I had a great experience and I recommend Madame Bridal to everyone.

Madame Bridal is the best. My sisters wedding was less than 3 months away and she had already already spent countless months looking for a dress. We stumbled upon Madame Bridal and she found her dress! The customer service is wonderful. You feel such at ease there. We were treated so well that my mom, sister, and I all purchased our dresses from there. It just feels great to know that you are a valued customer.

Do NOT do business with this vendor. I purchased a wedding dress from Madame Butterfly and was informed that they have an alterations person that would alter my dress for $120. The alterations in total came $442 this was to include: taking the dress in at the waist, hemming the length and creating a bustle. I also purchased a $265 custom bridal belt. I had several visits leading up to finally taking my dress to an outside professional tailor because Albert, the alterations guy, refused to honor my requests. My dress has an overlay of lace, in which he never took in to fit my body, he only took in the bottom layer leaving the top layer still too big. When I told him it was still too big he stated" that is how the dress is and we can't change the style of the dress" Additionally, he improperly hemmed the dress by cutting straight across the lace at the bottom leaving an obvious hem line around the entire front of my dress. See photo above (you should not be able to see this hem, you are supposed to cut around the lace so the hem line is not obvious) This particular alteration ruined my dress. Another alteration that was "included" was a bustle. They never completed this part of my alterations. Lastly, the "custom" belt that was $265 was too big and falling off of my body. Not only was Albert extremely rude by calling me" high maintenance" when I asked for certain alterations that were included in the payment, he did not fulfill his part of the alteration agreement I had to take my dress to a professional to repair it, totaling $1000.00 because the entire dress had to be reconstructed. I was lied to about alterations and charged for services that were not complete Madame Butterfly refused to give me ANY type of refund. This was such a devastating experience that no customer or BRIDE should ever go through. Save yourself the trouble and heartbreak. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

I was dress shopping for a prom dress with three of my friends and it's was and amazing experience to be at Madame Bridal. The employees were so friendly and knew how to help you pick the perfect dress. They are extremely kind and helpful no matter your situation. I absolutely loved my visit.

I am extremely happy and very pleased with the weeding dress I bought from Madame Butterfly.Albert was the person in charge of everything that had to do with my dress.
