This is the first time I go to the office, It was very well recommended and I wanted to thanks the staff and the doctors that were awesome with my little one, She cant wait to go back and that's the crazy part :) Very professional and very happy people. Thank you so much By the way Dr. Sirage is amazing with younger kids :)

I will only take my children to Dr. Cortes. I have worked in the field of dentistry as well as taught dental assisting as a director of the program. What other parents are putting down is his chairside manner, sure he does not sugar coat his diagnosis, he is a straight shooter when it comes to that. What you as parents don't get is the other dentist that over sugar coat the treatment do so because they don't have the skill set he has went it comes to prepping the tooth and placing the restorations. His talent is text book quality. I have my EFDA and place fillings for several dentist and you can tell how good a dentist is by their preps. His preps are beautiful, the retention he gets on a prep comes from his artistic abilities. Every filling is like a work of art, you just can't see it because you don't know what your looking for. So if you need foo foo dentistry, maybe Dr. Cortes is not for you, I know the business and he is the only dentist my kids see.

DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST! If it was possible to give no stars I would. The dentist my four year old daughter saw told me that she had at least four cavities and would need fillings as soon as possible. I found their manner aggressive and uncaring. Today I took my daughter to Main Street Dentistry in Jupiter and guess what? SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CAVITIES. Just a little staining which they will work on when she next goes for a cleaning. Shame on you Little Smiles for working the insurance system and not caring about a young girls health. You should be closed down and put out of business for your misconduct!

Very unhappy. Office staff was not friendly on phone. Nice fast service, the doc took 2 seconds on my child and then insisted that 4 of his teeth were unsavable and that they all needed pulled ASAP. Devasted I took this news and made a one week appointment for this procedure. I could not believe a doc would want to pull out the four front teeth on a 4year old. I got second opinion and they saved all 4 teeth and I'm very thankful I did not let this office do what they told me was necessary for his health. I will never ever go back nor would I refer anyone to them. Be careful out there and get second opinions!!! Otherwise their setting your child up to be a real good patient for the years to come.

Dr. Cortez and his staff were amazing to my 5 year old during her first cavity fill. She was completely comfortable, and actually had a good time during the entire procedure. From xrays to cleaning, appointment making to billing, every person I have encountered at Little Smiles Dental in Boynton Beach has been professional, caring and just 100% wonderful.

Third time here and I am writing this review as I wait, again, for over an hour to get seen. Be prepared for triple bookings, crying babies and crowded waiting room with not enough seating. Not impressed- going to look for new dentist!

We have used Dr. Spencer and his staff for both of our children's teeth. They were always professional and concerned for the best outcome with each of them. Dr. Spencer would personally speak to me about the procedure at each visit. I have recommended them many times to friends and colleagues.

I have used Dr Cortez for all of my children a few times now and I have a couple friends and family members who go there as well. I have been very happy with the office. The review below does make me worry though. The web-site says that their staff are all certified dental assistants. Anyone who does not have the required schooling should not be allowed to even place rubber bands on kids. If their people are not certified then they should not false advertise. I am going to look into this on my next appointment. If it is true, then I will no longer go there and I will report them.

First of all, the Dr is fantastic. However, I question the education and training of the staff. While the staff was very friendly and seemed professional, it turned out that the so called Dental Assistant who worked on my son not only has no form of higher education, no formal training or certifications but never graduated high school or even attained a GED. She looks to be about 40, has none of the requirements necessary for the position and yet she stated she has been doing this for over 10 years. I was shocked to say the least! That was my first visit there and my last. Regardless of how long a person may be employed, higher education and professional training in regards to handling patients should always be attained for obvious reasons. Certifications are a minimum requirement for the position and a high school diploma or GED is required before a person can acquire certifications. I advise everyone out there to MAKE SURE any facility you go to for ANY health related issues has a professional staff with the appropriate degrees/certifications required to perform the duties you are paying for. It is your right to ask and most offices will have the degrees/certifications of their staff displayed on the walls. If you feel uncertain, check public records.
