Went to Dr. Holding after being in physical therapy for 3 months, seeing a pain management doctor and getting 3 rounds of shots straight into a pinched nerve for 2 months, and seeing an acupuncturist 2x weekly for 2 months. When I finally went to Dr. Holding and his wonderful staff, I had been walking with a cane for 5 months and was on 3x daily pain medication. Dr. Holding was honest in saying that he couldn't guarantee I'd be fixed but he thought he could help me and explained my course of treatment. Since I already had an appointment scheduled with a neurosurgeon in 2 months, he suggested that I keep that appointment. Over the next 2 months, he worked with me to the point that I was off the pain medication and there were even times when I could get around without my cane! Even though I improved significantly with Dr. Holding's treatments, I ended up needing to have the surgery for the pinched nerve in my back. I only wish I'd gone to Dr. Holding before the shots and drugs!
