Priscilla at the UPS store has wasted my time and money with the way she conducted business. Innadequate training of the staff caused a big hassle for me. I lost business because of it. Would not recommend working with them.

Forced to give 1 star the software will not let you give 0. I have been a customer at the store for over 7 years, and I am leaving even though I have a business and an established address I do not want to lose. The owner refuses to give me my mail when he I stop by without a key. Do not believe the good reviews as they are probably put there by the owner.



For the last 7 years this was no problem, but since he has not trained his employees to correctly sort the mail, and/or to verify ID before giving mail out, he has given mail to people not authorized. This coupled along with employees not sorting the mail incorrectly, he has lost customers. The owners answer to this refuse to give customers their mail, without a key, a serviced he has provided for 7 years.



It is so bad that the owner has yelled at me when I asked for my mail on two separate occasions. He tells his employees that the problem is with the customer asking for things.



The problem is not with the staff, the staff is usually good, though over the years some "stoners" have been employed. The problem is with the owner which also owns the store on 30th St. The owner can not retain staff. As soon as people work there for a few months they leave.



UPS Corp was no help. They loge a complaint, and when they find out it is against the owner they do not care. There is no one at corp to help resolve the issue, the customer service reps want you off the phone, and say that any complaint, "goes against the store's record". Big deal. GO anywhere else besides this store.

I found all their rates and packaging materials highly overpriced. I even noticed a few Staples price tags under their own, indicating they buy from local stores and mark up their prices. Also their boxes and packaging materials are 3 to 4 times higher than Fedex down the road. Aside from their high prices I found the manager to be rude to customers. She even put down employees in front of customers. Not a very well operated business. Be Warned!
