Street and Bikeway Maintenance works under the government of the city of Boulder, Colo. It offers a variety of services, such as bike path cleaning and major maintenance work; maintaining city concrete catch basins, gutters and curbs; and minor patching and repair of city streets, including pothole repair. In addition, Street and Bikeway Maintenance offers street and bike path snow removal and sweeping services. It maintains a traffic engineering section that is responsible for traffic signal timing and operations. The section oversees the maintenance, repair and construction of new traffic signals. In addition, it supports school speed limit flashing and fire station beacons, other types of flashing signals, and pedestrian and bicycling tunnel lighting.
