I frequently go to Boulder Gardens and am always satisfied. I'm greeted with a smile every time by their friendly staff. They even have a dog treat for my dogs! The flowers are always excellent quality and are delivered promptly. The best price and service in town.

First of all, the flowers here are not at a discount at all (which they are advertised to be). If you want discount flower, go to any of the hardware stores that will replace your plants/flowers if they die. If you want the nice flowers, go to Sturtz & Copeland. The real kicker is that the management at this place is horrendous. They were extremely rude both to me and my wife. I think we actually made the management's day brighter because she had the opportunity to subject us to such rude behavior. Truly disturbing - go elsewhere.

Yesterday, a Sunday, I wanted to send flowers to my daughter at college as she was having a bad day. I called Boulder Gardens and they not only sent her a beautiful bouquet but got it there promptly. It made her day and mine too!

I wish I could say I had a great experience with this florist - I ordered a +/- $70 arrangement to be delivered to a friend who had just recently lost a parent. Since they were not delivered to my home, I didn't see them until a few days later when I went to visit her. Imagine my acute embarrassment when I saw the wilted, dead and terrible looking flowers on her counter. I called the 100% satisfaction guarantee customer service number, told the woman what happened and she replied – and I quote – “I don’t know what you want me to do about it” (!!) Her reasoning was that it was not their fault because I didn’t tell them right away. As if my friend was going to call me and tell me that the flowers looked bad. I will never use this florist again, and if you aren’t sending your flowers to yourself and/or personally inspecting them, I wouldn’t either if I were you.

I needed a centerpiece arrangement just before Christmas and on top of that I needed it to go out the same day. I just can't say enough about the phone service I received from Lordes and the georgeous arrangement that they sent. I have used lots of florists in the past, but I am so impressed with the service and quality, that I now have a new "one and only" florist from here on out. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Highly reommended florist! I can't say enough good things about this florist, and Roberta in particular. She worked with us to provide flowers for my daughters wedding. She was to create flower arrangements on floor standing candleabras that were to be delivered by a rental establishment. To make a long story short, the candleabras were in terrible condition but Roberta did whatever was necessary to make sure our wedding flowers would be a success. I would highly recommend Boulder Gardens and particularly Roberta. She is wonderful to work with, and you can be sure your flowers will be beautiful! This is the only florist I will go to in the future! Thank you so much again!

Lordith was very helpful in assisting me to find the best selection for my limited amount I had to spend. Service was very quick and friendly, but I in no way ever felt rushed. Highly recommended.
