The people are lazy, rude, and I would never bother going to this place.

Called on a Monday Morning, left a very clear and detailed message on what I wanted and needed. Never got a call back until Tuesday 15 min prior to my appt to confirm, and never even bother to ask about what I called for. Did not even think they knew.



I choose people who are going to assist and answer my questions when I have them. Not just be another person or $$ to them when I walk in the door. I needed questions answered and the person on the phone was rude and had no idea what she was doing.

My questions-

1) Do you need my X-rays from my previous provider?

A: I suppose

2) How do I get them to you?

A: I don't know, can you email them (then continues to say she doesn't know the Drs email), or can you drop them off (which to pick them up and to drop them off is about a hour and a half drive.

3) Can I fax them?

A: I don't know if they are able to be faxed
