I have used the ups stores for years, but I will never visit this one again. The customer service was so rude. The employee sat on a chair and never got up during the whole transaction. Another employee was eating in front of me. The price was ok but the never even thanked me for my business.
0So friendly and informative. They helped me set up my mailbox and make sure all of my packages are shipped fast and arrive on time. Convenient location off the Green line!
