The Jewelry Plus

I took my engagement and wedding ring to Tony to have them tightened and cleaned. My rings (now) look as good as they did when I first got them!! Very fair pricing and the job was done within a few days!! I highly recommend Jewelry Plus and will ONLY do my jewelry shopping with them in the future!

I noticed many dealers are buying their jewelry from isaybid and reselling on craigslist for 10-20 times the amount. Check isaybid for quality jewelry for pennies on the dollar!

MY HUSBAND HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH TONY OVER THE YEARS AND HAS GIVEN ME SOME BEAUTIFUL PIECES.
BUT LAST YEAR AT THIS TIME DECEMBER 2007, WHAT COULD GO WRONG DID.
WITHOUT GETTING INTO DETAILS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I had a terrific experience! I found one of the most gorgeous rings I have ever seen in my life here and everyone at the store was nothing but courteous and kind. I have been back several times. I would highly reccomend going here!

i was not happy with my experience at this store. i had shoddy engraving done on a piece, and i when i picked it up it was covered in tiny scratches! very embarrassing, as it was a gift. i would suggest shopping elsewhere.

I strongly advise anyone against going there. We bought a wedding ring there for my husband. When we got home and had a closer look at the ring (it was a thin gold band) we discovered that it was USED!!! It had an engraving with a name and date. The ring was from 1948! They had made us believe the ring is new, however. When we called they just said they also have new stuff if we prefer something new. We went there in person and said we would like a refund but did not even get one. They offered to exchange the ring, but we prefer not to do any business with them anymore. So unless you want to be gypped, stay out of there!

I am very happy to rcommend Tony , the owner, and his wonderful staff. I was in there last week and purchased a beautiful ring from Tony's collection. He sized it for me in no time and i can't believe all the wonderful comments that I have recieved on it. I will definetly be a regular customer in the future.

I first met Tony through his lovely wife, Donna. She operates the smaller store in Lynnfield, called ""Baubles"". From the very first time I walked In , and talked with Donna about having a ring made, I just knew I had made the right choice by using This family owened store, when you walk in you feel like family.They know you by first name ,treat you with the utmost respect, and make you feel comfortable knowing they are very capable of doing the best work possible, and there is no price gauging.I talked with Donna about what I wanted in this ring. She wrote every detail I wanted down , and off to the boston store it went. As soon as Tony received my order form he had called me back to set up an appt. to come to the lynnfield store to meet with me about some different thoughts he had about the best way the ring would look when finished. I felt very comfotable leaving this ring in Tony's very capable hands,and to my surprise the ring came out even more beautiful than I could have ever amagined. If You Need a great jeweler that you can trust and feel like thay are part of rour family,Than Jewelry plus and Baubles owned by Tony and Donna are the jewelers for you. I never go anywhere else and never Will !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fiance met Tony when he bought me a birthday gift last summer. He was so impressed with Tony and his patience, willingness to help (he dug through all his inventory to find the right jewelry box) and general kindness, he went back to begin the search for my engagement ring. He brought me there to try some stuff on, and I instantly loved Tony. He is funny, supernice guy that genuinely wants his customers to receive a value. He and my fiance worked out a budget for the ring and Tony was so dedicated to it, he wouldn't let me try on ones outside that range when I would pop in to visit during breaks (I'm a student at Suffolk law school). I visited Tony several times on my own, and unbeknownst to me, as Tony kept it a GREAT secret, so was my boyfriend (now fiance). I went to Tony to buy a beautiful brooch for an eldery relative's Christmas gift. I honestly could not be MORE THRILLED than I am that my ring came from Tony. He is someone we will continue to use as long as he isn't retired! He is like a friend to us, and that is something we didn't experience ANYWHERE else. He treats everyone with respect and is so extremely patient - my fiance was in there over 40 hours, and Tony never minded taking the time to show him different things - and just as importantly, teach him about diamonds and quality. Granted, and forgive me Tony - it isn't a place that at least people like my fiance and I would ever think to go - it's in downtown crossing and the location and storefront does nothing to justify what's inside. Anyone looking for any type of jewelry - especially something that is sentimental and special - just check it out. Meet with Tony. Yes, he has a great sales staff, but he is the major plus of the place. What a great guy, what a great experience - again, we really couldn't be happier. Every time I look at my ring, I am grateful Tony took the time to teach my fiance and work with him - it's absolutely gorgeous, so fiery, and I'm SO HAPPY it came from Tony

I have been going to Tony for years now. Tony informed me to come in there one day to get educated about Diamonds, and he wasn't kidding. He knows so much about quality jewelry you being doing yourself a huge favor by letting him guide you in something beautiful for the one you love. He personally hand picked a diamond for the engagement ring and let me tell you it is simply amazing. Now my fiancee and I are picking out our wedding rings from Tony and the process has been simply wonderful. We look forward to our visits with Tony at Jewelry Plus since Tony really takes the time to get to know his customers and really talk with them. The bond that we have developed with Tony is wonderful, he truly cares about our wedding planning and not just the rings.
My parents bought my father's replacement wedding band from Tony and years later the ring has amazing shine and luster to it. The Jewelry that Tony sells is simply amazing, which is why customers like myself and my friends and family make a point to shop with him.
I will always refer people to Tony as he is simply the best in the greater Boston area. Tony and his knowledgeable staff know what true customer service is and are always attentive. And as a bonus there is always a full candy dish on the counters.

Buying a diamond engagement ring at Jewelry Plus was a great experience. The owner, Tony, was very forth coming and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great diamond. The store had a great selection and their prices were terrific, much lower then other places I had shopped. I would highly recommend Jewelry plus as a great place to purchase fine jewelry.

Great jewelery store in downtown crossing area. Tony, the owner was very helpful when i visited his establishment for an engagement ring for my fiancee. I visited the Jewler's building and met with a few places there, but in the end I did business at Jewlery Plus. They had a fine selection of diamonds and ring settings to choose from, and at great prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I will be back for the wedding bands next year.

Was referred here by a co worker this week, and I am glad I visited it. Purchased two nice pieces for my wife for Chrismas. Tony, the owner was very nice to deal with. I went in there just to browse as I usually shop at Shreves, but I wound up buying christmas gift for my wife from Tony. A great selection of necklaces and earrings. I am very happy with the earring I chose. I will definately be back, and highly recommend the place. Great prices and customer service.
