This means that those who filed an Immigrant Petition [Form I-140] on or before the date given in the Visa Bulletin may file an application for permanent resident status [Form I-485].

- Business ImmigrationLinda joined Iandoli Desai & Cronin in 2015 with several years of business immigration law experience at premier law firms in Boston and Atlanta, as well as experience working in-house for a local university. She has a wide range of experience with temporary visas as well as permanent resident cases. Linda holds a Bachelor’s in German from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and a Master’s in German from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. She lived abroad in Germany and Austria and has a varied work experience outside of immigration law, including work in software, higher education, and with special needs children. Outside of work, Linda enjoys hiking, reading and discovering great restaurants – always in search of the perfect dumpling.

- Work VisasSusan joined Iandoli Desai & Cronin in 2012, bringing with her over two decades of experience as a business immigration paralegal with both large and boutique law firms in the Boston area, as well as in-house experience at a software company. Over the years, Susan has developed a particular specialty with the PERM / Labor Certification process, as well as vast experience with the various temporary work visa categories. Susan holds a Bachelor’s in Italian with a Certificate in Translation/Interpretation from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master’s in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California. Susan has a passion for cooking, gardening and foreign languages, and enjoys her commute to the office the most on days when she is able to ride her bike.
