      COG is a planning and community development consulting firm based in Boston and serving clients throughout New England with an emphasis on Massachusetts and Connecticut. As the largest CDBG consultant in Massachusetts, COG has helped New England communities obtain over $50 million in CDBG grant awards. COG has implemented over 100 CDBG programs for its clients including housing rehabilitation programs, infrastructure projects, handicapped accessibility improvements, downtown revitalization efforts, small business loan programs, commercial rehabilitation projects, affordable housing development and public facility projects. COG used its experience and success as a CDBG management consultant as a springboard for growing a highly successful planning portfolio. Today, planning occupies a highly visible place in our firm's portfolio.
