Argumentative, abusive, refuses to give company name when complainant calls in. Defensive staff; threatening to make a complaint to employer against complainant. The tone of their conversations is hostile; this affects collection ability and liability. Not a good choice. Refusing to accept a complaint in a professional manner is the hallmark of those who do not intend to correct their actions.

The so called business is very unprofessional. The owner, Jennifer, is rude and abrasive. She uses threats to intimidate customers. I would not recommend anyone with good sense to use their services. This so called business either needs to take courses on how to run a business professionally or they need to be closed down immediately.
