We have been using Lenaire for years and wouldn't trust our a/c needs to anyone else. The whole of this company, from the ladies in the office to the technicians that come out, are friendly, helpful, and do what ever they can to help. Marcus is our usual technician and feel like I am seeing an old friend twice a year :) He is very informative and will answer my questions in full. When he came out to our new house, he found a hidden filter that we knew nothing about. When he got the filter and came back out to install it, it unfortunately did not fit. He was willing to find this filter for us but after talking to him about our remodel and having to upgrade our unit to a bigger size, we decided to not worry about it. But his willingness and dedication to helping us means the world. You can not go wrong with this company and this family will not trust any other company to our home need. Thanks for the many years of fantastic service and here is to many more!!!!

Marcus came out to the house today to do a service check on my air conditioning unit that wasn't working properly. He was a wonderful gentleman and did such a great job. I've had Marcus coming to my house for years and have been very happy with him. I trust him in my house and around my kids. We've had their service plan for years and appreciate the discounted parts and labor and twice-annual check up of the units and getting priority service - the peace of mind is well worth the $138 a year.

Dale was fast to get here and very professional--he explianed some things to check for. Dale climbed on the roof and did some checking,came back and explained what he found.

When our A /C had problems last summer we didn't know who to call since we were new to the area. After checking out some reviews, my husband and I decided to call LenAire. We are very pleased with our experiences with LenAire. The technician Dale S. came to or home and was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail. When asking about a service plan for our A/C and furnaces, Dale suggested that we would save money on that visit's repairs right then by purchasing the service agreement and we would save on future repairs if done during the time of our annual inspections. He has shown the same professionalism on his recent return visit to maintain our furnaces this week.
